These Terms of Service apply to your use of myhealthypet.uk and any order placed through the website. By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referred to within them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

You may use our website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

You should follow the instructions provided with the product and consult a veterinarian if:

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.

Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A legally binding contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm that it has entered fulfilment or the delivery process.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • The price or product information contains a clear error.
  • The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or outside our delivery area.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
  • The quantity ordered appears to be intended for unauthorised resale.
  • We are legally prevented from completing the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices

Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you with the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Discount codes and promotional prices are subject to their stated conditions and availability.

Payment

Payment is required when an order is placed.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, which provides the available payment methods at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

If payment is declined, reversed or cannot be authorised, we may suspend or cancel the order.

Account and Order Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete account, billing, delivery and contact information.

You are responsible for:

  • Checking your order before submitting it.
  • Providing the correct delivery address.
  • Keeping your account details current.
  • Keeping your password confidential.
  • Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

If you enter an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the delivery process, we may be unable to change the address.

Availability

All products and orders are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, arrange a later delivery or cancel the affected product and issue a refund.

We may limit the quantity of products purchased in a single order or by the same customer where reasonably necessary to protect stock availability or prevent unauthorised resale.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver only within the United Kingdom, with orders dispatched from UK stock.

Standard delivery costs £2.99 for orders below £129 and is free for orders of £129 or more, based on the product subtotal after discounts.

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days, including processing and transit. Our cut-off is 3:00 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off or on non-business days begin processing the next business day.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery, including eligible opened or tried products. Please contact contact@myhealthypet.uk before returning a product.

Customers pay return postage for ordinary returns. We cover reasonable return postage for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Refund eligibility, original delivery charges, return instructions and refund timing are explained in our Returns Policy.

Our voluntary guarantee does not limit your statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, match their description and are fit for their intended purpose.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, contact us and provide:

  • Your name.
  • Your order or invoice number.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Photographs showing the affected product where reasonably possible.

For damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products, we will cover reasonable return costs where a return is needed and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Must be used before completing checkout.
  • Cannot be applied to previous orders.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • May be limited to particular products, customers or periods.
  • May be withdrawn or corrected where issued or advertised in error.

We may refuse a discount where we reasonably believe it has been copied, misused, obtained fraudulently or used contrary to its stated conditions.

Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you submit a product review, comment, image or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content reflects your genuine experience.
  • You have the right to submit it.
  • It does not violate another person’s rights.
  • It is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, misleading or obscene.
  • It does not contain malicious software or unauthorised advertising.

You grant us permission to display, reproduce and use submitted content for operating and promoting My Healthy Pet.

We may remove content that violates these terms, but we are not required to publish or respond to every submission.

The website and its content, including the My Healthy Pet name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product images, designs and website layout, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
