Where do you deliver?
We deliver only within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from stock held in the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders below £129: £2.99 standard delivery.
- Orders of £129 or more: Free standard delivery.
Eligibility for free delivery is based on the order’s product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days, including order processing and courier transit.
Our order cut-off time is 3:00 pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on UK bank holidays begin processing on the next business day. For these orders, the delivery estimate starts on that next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Courier disruption or other unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at contact@myhealthypet.uk so we can investigate.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Please contact us at contact@myhealthypet.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.ed, we will be unable to change the delivery address entered at checkout.
